RecommendedVisiting the Smokies from Louisiana when our Jeeps ABS starts acting up. Called John at Rocky Top Jeep and he advised we could bring it in first thing in the morning. Brought it in and within a hour and a half we were back on the road enjoying our vacation. Can’t thank John and Rocky Top enough that our vacation wasn’t ruined. Five stars
we were on a weekend trip from Indiana and my wiper motor went out I called ther dealers and all were booked full Rocky Top said they dont know how long it would it would take but they would get it in and fixed it took a total of 3.5 hrs to squeeze it in and have it done. THANK YOU

Very busy service department that knows how to get things done right. I had a long list needing to be done on my Grand Cherokee including oil change, recall item, broken heating issue, and a few other small items. They got it all done in 1 visit. I was expecting to have to go back. They did it all under my warranty. They took care of everything and I left with peace of mind and a perfect car. In my world, nothing every goes this smoothly. Very grateful!
