Bought a 2017 Ram from these folks. Dealer gave a due bill for splash guard/mudflats to be installed ($290.00). Never ordered them until I called to follow up. Made appointment to have them installed. Only installed the rear ones ($43.00) not sure what the labor rate is but appears to be about $200/ hour. After a brief discussion with the salesman, this all they intend to pay for (no front splash guards/flaps included in the $290 due bill according to the salesman). Rocky Top is one of the best car lots to deal with. Very knowledgeable, fast and courteous service. I recommend that you ask for Doug Sigmon. He was nominated salesman of the month in November. We have purchased two vehicles from him. Very nice gentleman.

The service dept. at Rocky Top is one of the best, and that's coming from a guy that spent over twenty years in dealership body shops and service departments as a manager. They have never let me down in the five years I have been using them.
On vacation from Louisiana and our Chrysler 200S started leaking a good bit of oil. Got to the dealership about 330pm. Not only did they look at it for us, they completely changed out the oil filter housing. Stayed late, finished it and got us back on the road without the need to get a rental or stay an extra day! Sure wish everyone dealership had this caliber of customer service! Thank you Dan Lovelady!!!
Got my lil used Dakota from them 7 or 8 years ago. Just got it out of shop there for some major work. Love my Dakota. Love y'all. If I was to ever decide to trade, as Arnie said in one of his movies,.....I'll be back! Definetly be back as nessary for my Dakota. Y'all ROCK, Rocky Top!
