We were traveling and had issues with our Ram 2500 diesel on a Saturday. We contacted many diesel mechanics in the area and even another Dodge dealer with no help, all telling us they couldn't help till Monday. The service department told us even though they had no diesel mechanics on hand they would do anything and everything to get is on the road and back to Camp Lejeune since I had to be at work. We were on vacation and had a problem with the Jeep. They got us right in,provided a loan car so could continue our sight seeing and they had the Jeep repaired the same day. Thank you to everyone who helped to make this possible.

Service department always top notch very polite and professional. Did have some concerns early on with Dave the service manager but I think more than anything he just had a lot on him so all is good !
In and out. Good service. It would be nice when the inspection is done that a paper is given showing that it was done. Oil change was done right.
