RecommendedWe just bought our 3rd Jeep from Rocky Top Yesterday. Our experience yesterday was just as great as the first 2 times we were there. The salesman are helpful without being pushy. The prices are also much better. They are 2 hours away from where we live, but definitely worth the time. Would recommend them to anyone

RecommendedHere on vacation,got a check engine light,800 miles from home.was leaving in 2 days. Call dealership they said wouldn’t be able to look at till the next day. So I went tho to leave it. Arrived very friendly service righter John. Check computer info told me that they maybe able to take care of it right away do to the fact there was an open recall on it that may fix the problem. And it did they also fixed another recall. Very friendly and fast service glad to recommend.

They squeezed us in, they got me a rental, they got a van like I'd asked for, they fixed my truck issue, and then other issues that were going on. They took care of every single need we had. Purchased a New vehicle from them. Loyally allowed them to service it exclusively. Started having issues at around 50K miles. issue after issue and then they kept it for a month. They said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. We took it to another dealership. The other dealership diagnosed it in one day and fixed it the next. Replacing the exact same parts this dealership claimed to have already replaced.
