Very good service. John in service was great and accommodating.
Called to get 2014 Dodge truck transmission service (filter and fluids) they told me it would be 300 scheduled weeks ago brought it in and once they get it started they come to me and say “I didn’t realize it was an 8 speed transmission so it’s going to cost you over 800.00 dollars” 500 dollars more than what they told me same truck they change oil in every time it’s done, same VIN as the one they service....... so they knew what it was and what the drive train was from 2014. Very nice people and very helpful
Sales and service. Service dept is just beyond incredible!! John is best of the best! He has always handled everything we need and he has serviced both our Jeeps for 10 years. We Are a two Jeep family knowing the service is always handled correctly. We have recommended other individuals to Rocky Top for purchase and service. We miss our sales rep Jimmy Acuff but he had to move on to other things.
Service was excellent very knowledgeable service advisors. Will use again
