Up to Pigeon Forge for few days 2018 Pacifica 2 yrs old 42,500 miles , battery lite comes on . Take to Rock top service dept. they said not under warranty, give us $580.00 for new batteries (2) installed . Ok call our dealership. back home in Mississippi said $383.00 for same thing . Friendly service dept. but that much difference ? Should been under warranty ! May back off Chrysler, not right ! 😡
