Looked up my coverage before charging me for services. I was “loaded for bear” to keep from arguing about maintainence agreement (former experiences w/other dealerships) ,but, John was ahead of the game and answered all my questions.

I Had To Get A Oil Change Weeks Ago. My Windows Started Not Working After They Did The Oil Change. The Service Employees Are So Unprofessional. Rude And Very Not At All Polite, I’m Disappointed In This Dealership And Won’t Be Back. I’d Rather Watch You Tube Videos And Figure It Out Myself Before I Go Here Again. Also There Was A Comment About Me Being Gay.

They are very efficient. Danielle with Internet Sales was quick to respond. The place is clean and our sales guy Craig Black was knowledgeable and not pushy. He did a great job reading our personality. We were in and out in 3 hours with a trade in from a previous purchase there in 2016 to financing to driving off the lot with our brand new truck.

Did love the dealership but the service department went down hill. Always brought our Dodge Ram 2500 in for oil changes and when we had a problem with the transmission they told us to never bring it back to them to fix anything with the truck except oil changes because the truck was deleted. We were going to buy a new one with them but since they told us this they lost our business and bought a brand new one in Johnson City. I hated this because we always loved their dealership. We always strive to provide excellent service. We are sorry that we were not to able to help you. However, having a delete kit alters the vehicle software. Our systems would see the altered software, and we do not have the ability to alter the factory settings on our computer. Therefore, it will put the factory software back into your ECU and make your vehicle undriveable. Once again, it is not that we didn't want to work on your vehicle.
