To the patients and friends that we have made over the many years the real truth of where we are now- Denise of 23 years,and Lori and Kim both 20 years with Rocky River Dental were let go via only by voice mail messages from Dr Bill Farr stating 'you have been terminated, don't report to work on Monday. I’ve been going to Dr. Farr for years. I’ve never had any issues. Staff is great , friendly and professional. It’s very clean and is a welcoming office.
I have been going to Dr Farr for several years now and I will never go anywhere else! Him and his entire staff are the best you are going to find! He gives his personal cell phone to all his patients in case of an emergency and even calls you himself to check up on you if you had major work done to make sure you are doing well! In all my years going to him I see the same faces who know me and my family all by first name. They all make you feel comfortable and right at home! I'm terrified of the dentist! The staff here is so great and that are so good at dealing with people who are a pain like me. I recommend them to anyone, they are fast, friendly and they do great work!👍🏻
They got me in fast and helped ease the pain right away. I always recomend Dr. Farr. He's the best!
