The service is there has been excellent, the staff is great, the whole family goes.
Dr Farr and his team have been everything I could want in a dentist. It's relaxing, low pressure, and the care is top notch. I've enjoyed getting to know the staff over the past couple years now.
I could not be more pleased with my initial visit to Dr. Farr. The entire process from scheduling the appointment, to check in, to the actual cleaning and check was fantastic. I have never liked going to the dentist until I went to Rocky River Dental. Dr Farr and his whole team are always professional and kind. They go out of their way to reassure me about everything that will happen at my appointment. I am no longer anxious when I get in "the chair". I recommend Dr Farr highly.
It took me many years to finally decide to find another dentist because I have only had bad experiences. I was told to contact Dr. Farr and, because I was in pain, gave him a call. His entire staff is friendly, you never have to wait, and Dr. Farr is the gentlest dentist I've ever been to. I'm never uncomfortable after having work done, which amazes me! I've recommended him to friends and they also agree!
