When I had a horrendous toothache though, Dr. Farr and his amazing staff not only got me in right away but each and every step in their process was flawless. The receptionist is helpful and friendly. You know that anxiety you always feel going to the dentist?? You can leave that home... wow just wow! I have some serious issues going on, yep periodontal, bone loss, just hated going because they always make you feel like you never brush your teeth, but not here! Had my full lower teeth deep cleaned today and they feel wonderful! No pain, no embarrassment, just compassion and honest care! Wonderful experience and will forever go back ! Thank you all for everything!! And see you in a few months!
I went here up until I was around 15/16 years old. Never had an issue until they let an inexperienced dentist, probably straight out of school, work on me. I was a minor without an adult and had multiple “cavities” filled. I had part of a filling fall out of my mouth days later that I called about and was told that it was fine. I never saw that dentist there again but nobody ever reached out to help me. My family and I have gone elsewhere. I am still working with my current dentist on tackling these horrible fillings. Great service and friendly environment.
I've been coming to Rocky River Dental since high school (so at least 12-13 years) and even made a point of returning here after back to Cleveland from out-of-state. I may live on the East side but the drive to the West side is totally worth it for the excellent level of care you receive from Dr. Farr's entire team! I simply refuse to go elsewhere for my dental health.
Dr Farr and his staff are extremely professional and caring. They have taken care on my family for over 25 years. Love them all.
I always have a great experience going to see Dr Farr as well as his hygenists everyone is welcoming and friendly !
