Rocky Mountain Dog Training was born after years of working with rescues and shelters to rehome dogs and a desire to address the major reason behind dogs finding themselves homeless, which is lack of training & socialization. Highly recommend for puppy socialization and training. Wish I'd know them for our first two dogs.
I started coming to rocky mountain dog training about a month ago and just feel in love with the great owner and staff. I had tried other puppy socializing events however rocky mountain dog training provided a great environment and training for both owners dogs. Julie is a great. I highly recommend this place for new dog owners and veteran owners.
Great training for pets and more importantly pet owners.
We attended the 6 week puppy training and it was AWESOME! Julie and Val taught and exceptional class with endless tips and helpers for speed bumps we came across with our pup. This class gives you the basics and essentials to teaching your dog to become well behaved, and entertaining!
Julie is awesome. Free puppy socialization classes brought me in, great training classes brought me back again and again.
Cannot recommend enough! They provided a brilliant learning environment, the course was so well structured and presented, and they were patient and caring with our dog! So much appreciation for the work you do. Thank you!
We really enjoyed learning with our dog during the 6 week adult manners class. We had taken a class before with a larger chain of pet stores training and we didn’t learn much more than sit, down, and stay which our pup would still choose to ignore if he felt like it. It was 6 weeks and similar in price. However at Rocky MTN we learned more about the way to make our dog understand the command we are asking of them and much much more!
