AMAZING experience with Michelle, she was able to help me to stop smoking after 35+ years! I was very skeptical about going to hypnotherapy, but after just the first session, it was insane how quickly I was able to control my urges. I am very grateful to Dr. Wei for helping me regain control of my life and not being subdued by simple cravings and urges. I use the practices she showed me to be able to stay at ease through any tough spots I find myself in and they work extremely well.
After one session with Dr. Wei on April 10th, I not only quit smoking (after 60+ years), but also lost any craving or desire to smoke again. No longer do the “triggers” move me to act: after a meal, when the phone rings, or when I get in my car. I worked with Dr. Wei to help deal with performance anxiety. She thoroughly assessed my problem and helped me learn techniques to minimize my distress in addition to hypnosis to help reinforce positive coping and cognition.
