What an organized place! That’s the FOURTH time that doctor Meghan Slate rescheduled my appointment. I have just requested to change doctors and it’ll be the last time I come to this facility. Also, they charge a $60 fee. Even though my insurance charges $30 for a specialist . Please, more respect to patients!
Zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst office billing experience possible. From an annual non covered service fee that they implemented last year of $50 to coding your insurance bills incorrectly, they are just trying to make money and don’t care to inform the patients when they charge you. I had called and asked for prenatal care for a pregnancy and was told okay to come in. After being a patient close to 10 years, I will be finding a new provider. My most recent experience with the office has been very frustrating. I called daily for 3-4 days to try to schedule and appointment, and I was unable to connect with anyone each time despite waiting close to 20 minutes each time. When I finally connected with someone the following week, they confirmed a date and time and the day of they appointment, the front desk told me they did not have any record of my appointment in the system and would be unable... read more
Extremely rude front desk staff. Never going back there again, please advise yourself and find somewhere else better.
