I am extremely disappointed because I went to this practice in early 2025 for the first time. I highly enjoyed my provider Tosha Luchtefeld and I have had bad luck over the years finding a caring provider like her. I was actually looking forward to scheduling my annual visit again this year, however I will not be returning to this practice due to their shady billing. Chaos! I had an app on 2.30pm, I called the day before letting them know I may be 5mins late, they said we have a 15mins grace period. The day of app I got there at 2.37, they had a line with very few employees. By the time it was my turn it was 2.47! They refused to see me because it was past 15mins grace period! Even tho it was their fault I still got turned away! I had to take off from my 2 fulltime jobs and reschedule everything for next 2 week to be able to be there yet they canceled my app! I have been seeing Kate Skillin for quite a while now and she is the best medical professional I have ever worked with. She is patient and understanding. She was the first professional to take some of my concerns seriously. She gave me hope today I had previously lost. Highly recommend this office and Kate!
The gynecologist and nurse practitioners are great! However, getting someone to call you back or respond to a message in their portal is impossible! It's been months and and I'm still waiting for someone to respond to my questions about a recommended surgical procedure.
