Cannot reach them to remove me as a patient after trying for several days over phone and email. Don’t even live in the area anymore and they are trying to charge $50 a year subscription fee. Shame because the doctors are great!
It's really a poorly run business that gives off serious broke vibes, which is a shame because the providers are generally rather competent. Every aspect of the administrative portion of this practice is an embarrassment, from scheduling to billing. I'd be very concerned about how that affects my professional reputation as a provider.
I was left on hold for more than 30 minutes - finally gave up. Unbelievable.
Kathleen Skillin is honestly the best gyno I've had, she's great at making it a comfortable and fun experience Edit: They just charged me 7 months after my last visit with no notice or bill ever sent to me???
Dr. Young is an amazing surgeon and Gyne. Her team was so helpful, I felt like they took me so seriously. They helped me with my endo diagnosis. Kat, Angi, all discharge nurses were so kind, they kept checking in to see if I needed more blankets, they brought me water and snacks after the surgery. Anesthologist was amazing , she got all my medical history and did a great job, I didn't even know I was going to sleep it happened so quickly and that's the way I liked it :) I can't remember all of my nurses and medical assistant... read more
