Deanna is very nice and professional to deal with. Ester and Alisa very rude and condescending when dealing with questions I had about the application. As most apartment renters are aware of, there are some facility fees on top of the base price of the unit. Rockledge has more than any other apartment complex I inquired about. But here is the kicker... there is a $25.00 gym fee for each unit per month. The complex has 400 units. Lawns are dying. Staff is not friendly. Breeze ways are dirty, with cigarettes butts, garbage, food.

The builders obviously cut some corners, but the current staff is awesome. Every time I have interacted with the maintenance staff they have been awesome and very helpful. I had some issues that needed resolving today and the maintenance guy that helped me fixed everything and was very nice and respectful. You could tell he cares about helping the tenants and doing a good job. Thanks again!
I absolutely love Rockledge at Quarry Bend Apartments! Everything has been great. Our leasing agent was as sweet as can be. She answered all my questions honestly and made sure I left with all my questions answered. I was hesitant to move in just because it’s such a huge step up from where I lived before.
