I would NOT recommend this place at all. Don’t be fooled by a good looking apartment, unless you want every request to be completely ignored, a staff that ignores their residents, and to be nickeled and dimed the entire way. Not one of the multiple employees sitting in that office right now will do anything about the kid that runs on the floor in the unit above mine and jumps off of furniture all day and all through the night. The apartments are very spacious, contemporary, and beautiful! It's very convenient as far as location and the staff is efficient, professional, while being very helpful and friendly! My home is my haven! I love it at Rockledge!

The apartments are great, the space is wonderful and the attendants very attentive. The answer to our application was quick. We really love this condo!
although the apartments are nice and updated I could not give this more than 3 stars. I’ve lived here since April of this year and My car has already been towed!! The price you have to pay for covered parking or the garage are outrageously priced. There is NEVER enough uncovered parking spaces and most times after 5 or 6 PM you have to park on the street. FAR AWAY from your apartment. (I have also gotten a parking ticket) Sometimes there is not even parking on the road ... so where do they expect us to park??? It is very fru... read more
The first impression was of the best, from the attendance in the office to the entrance to the apartment. The condo is Wonderful. Excellent gym, games room, hot tub, playground for children. What I loved about the apartment was the size of the living room and kitchen and the furnitures.
My opinion on this place has improved and it’s mostly thanks to Charles the groundskeeper. He’s always around and doing more then he is asked to do. Thanks for all the work you do Charles! It really makes a difference!
So far it has been a great experience, everything new clean and the maintenance staff is very efficient
