Extremely unprofessional staff that is only concerned with 'making the sale', with absolutely no concern for any existing tenants. Impossible to speak to a person on the telephone, rude confrontational staff, leasing fine-print that would make any sane human cringe. Caveat Emptor!

Horrible service, pool is closed at least once a week, never get a full answer, they lie. Our rent has gone up 3 separate times while living here. They never give warning for anything. Don’t do anything about loud neighbors. Don’t move here. They say they fixed the internet but I am still having issues.
So far living here has been the best! It’s a wonderful community. The gym is amazing. Everything is always kept up and clean. Definitely a great place to consider!
I have had really bad experiences living here. The management and leasing staff are badly educated and rude. They always are charging you extra fees for everything. I don't recommend anyone move to this condo.
Worst place to live ever!!! not joking, if you are looking for months and months of unnecessary drama then this is the place. management is horrible!!!!! I warn you, dont do it. find another place!!!!
I have had a good experience with Rockledge. We have been here for a little over 6 months and the staff is great. I feel very welcomed everytime i go into the clubhouse. There are additional fees associated with renting here but, you get those everywhere. Overall, it is a beautiful apartment with a quiet community.
