I live in Rockledge for 1 month. My family and I love this place. But my A / C doesn't work and no one can fix it. I went 5 times in the office to complain. I am really disappointed with that. 81 degrees at 9:57 Pm.
I have lived here for just under 6 months. Overall I have enjoyed my time here but that is because I am not home often and don't require use of the facilities outside of the gym. The move in process was smooth and easy and my leasing agent was awesome. However after moving in and living in the community for a few weeks there started to be obvious signs that the property isn't as nice of a place to live as when you first visit. I LOVE living at these apartments!! They always have fun activities going on with friendly staff members!! And these are the biggest apartments in the area for the lowest price and they are brand new apartments with all the updated luxuries you could want!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! We have been here for a year and it has been the worst experience. The layout is great and the apartment itself is pretty and modern, this was one of the main reasons we moved in. Shortly after moving in we got a notice on our door stating that we lied and didn't inform them about having a pet, when in fact the employee that helped us with our lease had a long conversation with us about our dog and we shared pictures of our dogs with each other.
