Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I can’t wait to move out of this place. After three years of being customer of theirs you’d think they’d provide better service. But they don’t care about you. To them every attendant is just a number.
If you live at Rockledge at quarry bend like I do! The New Management is useless! Completely unhelpful and not Professional at all!! Karma comes back around!! If they had a Facebook page I'd be writing this in their page� never felt so unwelcome. #leaseisalmostup
Haven't lived here but here's what I've heard from three other people. Really poor management. The rent is overpriced and they don't keep up with their residents. They charge a late fee for losing money that was paid on time then blame it on their "system." Their customer service sucks and they don't try to compromise. They don't have enough parking outside for their residents and will tow your car. It always seems to be the Deanna lady in the front that has everyone frustrated.
