I have found Rockford Properties to be consistently professional and supportive when it comes to dealing with tenants and fellow landlords. From provision of references, vetting tenants, arranging communal repairs and fostering professional relationships, they have always endeavoured to do their best for both the client and the tenant.
Rockford have been excellent landlords in the time I have been with them. Extremely helpful and quick to act any time I have an enquiry. They were also very understanding when I needed help due to changes in my circumstances. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a home.
I have had many problems with my landord over the last 6 months, and I couldn’t have asked for more help then what Rockford has provided. I am aware of there other reviews but that has not been my experience, they have looked after me so well while dealing with my crazy landlord and when I needed them the most they were there. Special thank you to Cameron Runciman and Georgia Bedding you guys have been great and I will definitely be coming back to you in the future when I need another place to stay. Jock Spencer
