I'm American, and I've heard of the great quality of this bike shop. And can see his work lives up to what I have heard
Shocking!!! Avoid this builder at all costs. I waited three years for a bike whilst constantly paying out cash. The bike sat on a bench stripped down for the whole time. When I finally picked up the bike which was supposedly PDI’d it was dropping to bits. After a few miles the newly rebuilt transmission (not rebuilt by Rocket Bobs) failed as Rocket Bobs had not added oil when they assembled the bike. I was told it wasn’t their job?!?!
