Absolutely the best decision I made on putting my mum in rock house care home all the staff managers cleaners cares could not do enough for my mum The place is spotless may be not all singing & dancing like new builds but trust me these people care and it’s obvious they love wot they do There concern is the residents 100% Thank to all at rock house Ado&Hellen
My aunt has lived here since may2019 the staff are amazing it has a good managerial base everything runs very smoothly.The residents are very well cared for and their physical well being is paramount.I cant praise Rock house enough.😊
