Greece's immediate care has exceptional staff. The front desk people to the nurses to doctors and PAS.
Rude people in office, next time I'll go somewhere else for sure.
Ask then when i got there if they take my insurance and receptionist said yes waited 63 minutes for them to tell me they dont what a joke
I have been to this particular Immediate Care a few times and I am always in and out in under 1 hour. The service is great and the people are always pleasant. If you have a problem and need immediate nonsurgical care this is the place to go!
All of immediate care locations need access for deaf people. I went to Greece immediate care 2nd time. I told front desk that I m deaf and told me to take seat. Front desk didn't tell other people at front desk and nurses. I almost miss call n been waiting. I had to get up check with front desk and someone came to me and had name list and did call me and I can't HEAR! This need done better.
