Fast and nicer then any ER in Rochester
Went to immediate care on west ridge rd, everyone was great, very professional! Nick, Stacy, and the X-ray technician were great! Was in an out with a diagnosis, in just over an hour! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing immediate care! Thank you so much! 5 stars out of 5 stars, I would give them 6 if I could!
Last night I was sent by my ortho to the Greece location on Ridge Rd. This would not have been the location I would have gone as there are many closer to me, but I can't say enough about how wonderful, professional and super friendly everyone was from check in to check out, nice big waiting area. If I ever have to go to after hours again, I will make the trip back out.
The physician assistant charged my insurance $200 plus $20 copay for spending 5 minutes with me, including 2 minutes' complaining about how I overly care about my health.
I was in and out in under 30 minutes! The staff was kind, caring and knowledgeable and the facilities were modern and clean.
Over this place. Came here to get my ppd test read only 2 secs it takes and been here for 45 mins . Needs better customer reps also they are rude . All it takes is 2 secs to have a nurse come out to look at the forearm and that’s it
