the level of incompetence at the Greece location is overwhelming. I called in the morning inquiring about running lab work for my MMR titers. the receptionist confirmed that this could be done. I arrived at the Greece location checked in to have my blood drawn for my titers. the receptionist remembered speaking with me about the lab draws. I waited my turn to have my blood drawn. Usually misdiagnosed or immediately sent to hospital. Is that why they call it immediate care? Not the same rxperience in even the smallest of countries with decent meducal care—that would be most other countries
Took my daughter to the Webster location twice this week. Both excellent experiences. The MA Chris when we went Thursday made it an amazing experience for my daughter. She was so scared but he talked and played with her. I loved how comfortable he made her feel
Joe-If you are reading this, you need to know that on Saturday January 18th, I went to your Penfield location to take a simple urine test that my new job required. Your website says you are open at 8:45 Saturday mornings. I, along with other people were there waiting in the cold parking lot waiting for that location to open. At 9:15 I called to ask why they weren't open. They said their provider did not show up and they had no information as to when they will open. They also said that I should go to another location. Great service, fast and caring staff when we couldn't get into our PCP for 2 days. Very impressed with provider Arieal Cook at Greece location. She was very thorough in her examination, did an excellent job explaining and answering questions. She is a great asset to the team.
sadly had to take my son on Christmas day. Everyone was nice and professional. we want to thank them for working the holiday and getting my son some relief
