Terrible customer service! I went in to the Penfield location today to get stitches removed. They had done my stitches originally, so thought I would save the co-pay. I entered and was told, rather curtly, to sign in. I sat down and waited for 25 minutes. Nobody called me up to check in or even asked why I was there. For the first 10 minutes of the wait, the receptionists were helping other people. Good experience- the girl who checked me in was miserable. But the nurse Tara and PA Mary were wonderful. Quick too.
The staff was really nice and friendly. They were very helpful.
Never again will I send anyone to the webster location. Showed up today the receptionist was great the np was great then the Dr came in...i went in with a fever that this morning was 103 sore throat, stiff neck and my ears hurt so bad! The Dr came in listened to my chest looked at my throat. Didnt do a strep test or flu test. Told me I have viral infection so no antibiotics. But he would prescribe me pain meds if I want them. Now I will most likely end up at my pcp tomorrow.
I had a bit of a wait but that’s because I had paperwork to fill out seeing as I had never been there before. That being said the staff was great and took very good care of what I needed and what they had to do for that.
I went in for a knee injury. I came in limping and when they called my name to go back to a room, the nurse saw that I was limping and she told me to take my time. They did not offer me a wheelchair. I had to walk to the end of the hall. The doctor was great. Got in and had an X-ray and out with a sleeve for my knee. Only thing I didn’t like was no offer for a wheelchair.
