I've been renting with Rochester Place for a year and a half now and I can recommend them as an agent to find a rental property. They are very quick to respond, friendly, and have been really easy to work with.

I have had solely negative experiences with this estate agency. Speaking on the phone with a member of staff this afternoon, I found them to be rude, unprofessional and abrasive. Customer service aside, the systems in place are flawed, lacking cohesion and leaving the customer feeling unassured. Upon requesting an essential document, I was told it had been deleted, and when these actions are questioned, unsatisfactory (bordering on aggressive) answers ensued. This is my initial experience with Rochester Palace Estate, and it has likely been the most positive one regarding apartment rentals in London to date. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and they respond promptly to inquiries and requests for assistance. I particularly appreciated working with Majed during my urgent search for an apartment. His composed demeanor and attentiveness to my requirements contributed significantly to making the experience pleasant and comfortable.
