You have to leave a star to leave a review BUT - is Zero stars! I have used Rochester Lane dental practice since I was a young child, being brought by my parents, to see Mrs Waller and Mrs Watts, and continuing, as an adult, feeling safe within the practice. However, over the last few years it has dramatically deteriorated!!! Beyond recognition!! It is no more a friendly, practice, being replaced as a cutthroat, anxiety provoking nightmare, and the Receptionist is largely to blame for such a poor reflection of this practic... read more
I am a registered patient at Rochester Lodge. I called to make an appointment and the lady on reception was rally unhelpful and difficult. I've noticed a bad attitude from reception and other staff a few times, so I decided NOT to use them anymore and to find another (private) dentist. It's their loss as I was going to ask about dental implants which would have cost a lot of money. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere!
