The company is a total disgrace. Left me to sleep in a freezing bedroom with water running down the walls and black mold growing on my pillows, clothes and mattress, for 6 months. Clearly more interested in their rent percentage than behaving in an ethical way!!!
Had a great experience with Rochester Lettings! Me and my partner were a tenant for 2 years and any issues we had were resolved straight away. All the staff were super friendly and kind. Having worked at a lettings agency years ago I can say these guys are outstanding at what they do. We then bought the property from the landlord and again everything was effortless and seamless. Thanks again for making our lives so easy over the last 2 + years.
When I accepted a job in the USA, the team at Rochester Lettings helped me let out my house and managed it wonderfully.
