I'm a little hesitant when it comes to going to the dentist, but I've got to say that my recent dentist appointment at Rochelle E. Hackley's office was amazing. I had to get a tooth pulled, and I get extremely nervous that I'm going to feel some kind of pain, and everyone there made me feel very comfortable, and I was impressed because normally when I've had teeth pulled in the past (and I've had about 4 teeth pulled so far) the dentist will just do all of the numbing all at once, and that's the most uncomfortable part of th... read more
Dr. Hackley's new office is wonderful! The new décor is a reminder of the previous office. The 'Smile is the same in all languages' surrounds each room and the ceiling at the reception desk has a painting similar to the previous office with recessed lights brightening it up. The outside windows are larger and the view is relaxing with trees in the background. No longer can you see people walking to the parking garage, as in the older office! As always, OUTSTANDING service! Dr. Hackely has a 6th sense in pinpointing exactly what is wrong and fixing it precisely. She has done this for both my husband and me. My teeth were in extremely poor shape due the lack of expertise and care from my previous dentist. It has taken some time but I am extremely happy to report that I can eat normally again. And, as always, the staff is OUTSTANDINGLY professional and polite and everyone has a good sense of humor. Finding Dr. Hackley and staf was like finding a treasure chest.
Dr. Hackley continues to provide exemplary customer service and her staff is wonderful.
