I had a very plesant experience!
One of the actions that I really appreciated involved a staff member needing to talk with another staff member who I was in a meeting with. Rather than just imposing on our meeting with disregard for it, the staff member politely apologized for interrupting us and asked me if she could ask a question of the other staff member.I value his kind of sensitivity.

Every visit to Dr. Hackley is a treat. I am never a fan of visiting the dentist, especially for surgery. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, explanations as the procedure went on and the way I felt afterward.
So wonderful to receive awesome care from the time you enter until you leave. The entire team is so highly competent in what they do - you do not have to worry!!!!
