I'm phobic of dentists, so it takes a bit of 'working up my courage' to walk in the front door every 6 months for cleanings, so when it was determined that I had a cavity (and might have needed more work, depending on how things went), I asked if they could do it that day, since I was already there. They had no problem at all going ahead with all the work that needed to be done, which was really helpful because that way I didn't have to fight against the normal anxiety PLUS the added anxiety of knowing there would be needles... read more

I appreciate the wonderful service I have received over these many many years. It has only improved as the time has past!
What gets me is...I'm always greeted with a smile by all staff members, and being a morning hour when I normally go in for my visit...it's shocking to see, but in a dentist office seeing a beautiful smile makes you want to leave with one. That little gesture from everyone in the office gets my visit off to a beautiful start. Its just a warm friendly feeling and its genuine.
Five Stars no doubt! The warmth and friendliness from Dr Hackley and her associates is so overwhelming. In my eyes, you will not find a dentist who is more committed to her job and her patients. Dr. Hackley's professionalism is at the top of the charts along with her love for what she does and how she lovingly serves her patients...she does it well and with excellence. Stop by her office and enjoy a new experience...it's the BEST!
As usual I am given the best care and consideration for my needs and concerns. She is gentle and courteous as is your staff. Dr. Hackley will put you at ease if you are a big chicken like me, you don't need to worry when you are with Dr. Hackely. You're in good hands.
