Went into er and within a hour I was admitted for my infection in my leg.. everyone was great and very personable. For the next four days I was treated to a staff from the doctors to the cleaning people that were again very good... But I must say to all the Nurses and Nurses Aides in all the shifts we're Awesome!!! Never did I have someone who was a even a little down about being there....There was too many to remember all there names but to All I say is keep up the great job of making it a lot easier to be in a hospital...�... read more
Nurses were so caring and understanding. Phlebotomists took the time to explain blood draws. X-rays were super quick and the Dr. knew right away the severity of my little one's condition. ��
I had outpatient surgery yesterday. I couldn't be happier with the whole staff. Everyone was so helpful and really made me feel comfortable. I truly appreciate the all of them for all they have done. Then to top it off they called me today to check on me and make sure everything was ok. :)
Actually had a pretty good experience at urgent care after my regular Dr. Let me suffer for 2 weeks. Thank you rochelle for a good outcome <3
I have been at the ER with other people and it was always pleasant and super fast. I was seen myself yesterday and could only say good things!
I have never been a patient but used the outpatient services many times. Everyone is very nice and so helpful! They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.
I came in with my daughter nurse Scott was the best n all the other were fine ...i love it no waity is perfect...��
Rochelle Community Hospital is the worst hospital ever.. The people in the ER are very rude and the one nurse told my son that he smelled.. That is not right at all...when he just got done playing and hurt himself.. how rude.. and then I went to the cafeteria to get a bite to eat they were very rude also... theyu did not care ... There names were Rachel , Abi and Doreen all three are very rude did not say hi and did not offer to help me when i asked about prices and such..
