I was in your emergency room earlier this week. I told the nurse I had recently moved her from DeKalb , I was shocked at the difference in the quality of the treatment. The nurse made a comment about their country doctors having big city experience , when they brought in a portable x-ray machine , I told her in big city DeKalb , you had to go into another room the last time I was there for x-rays
I'm in the hospital right now. The hospital staff has been extremely kind and very afficent. I always come here over Rockford.
Best hospital we been in while we travel around. I give it a five star.
Always prompt, friendly and welcoming services. My seizures have brought me here many times. Never a complaint from me.
I Absolutely Love Dr Ritter! No matter how busy she is she always takes the time to ask alot of questions and make you feel at ease! She is definitely the best Dr I have ever seen!
Can't say that I loved it,but they were very nice and curteous, took care of me quickly.
