Get directionsDon’t go here if you want to be treated with respect and like a human being! Sandy S was working when I was there and I had taken my mask off to blow my nose and wipe my tears. She immediately comes at me demanding I put the mask back on and refused to social distance even though I was the only one in the waiting room. She treated me like a child when I asked to see my family (the one being treated) and she refused to let me back claiming “policy” when MY MASK WAS ON! Her response was “that’s what you get for not listening t... read more

I called convenience care because I was positive a week prior but went through my quarantine and made sure I told the secretary twice before going back. the nurse practioner Suzanne has the worst bedside manner I've ever dealt with. she humiliated me made me feel I shouldn't be working said she feels sorry for my residents. I live at my job I'm working in covid unit because they are my family. I had paperwork saying I was off quarantine and she treated me terribly I understand its scary i would of not went or went where ogle... read more

my infant son was seen at Rochelle hospital emergency dept January 16th. He had previously been seen at Kishwaukee hospital 3/4 days prior. At Rochelle they pressured me into retesting him for something that was already found positive. Told me it was for legal reasons... NOT TRUE. They completely ignored my request for transport... ended up in a ridge ambulance where the driver proceeded to be on his phone while on I88. The doctor rolled his eyes at me when I told him we could not go to RMH due to ins. The ONLY good part was... read more
I started going to this hospital last summer for outpatient infusion service. I recommend it! Yesterday I was there for an 8 hour infusion and everything went great. There were two nurses that kept everyone comfortable. They also have great food for a hospital.
The E.R.doctor damaged my eye in a very poor attempt at practicing 18th century medical procedures . stay away from this place unless they re-staff. its not just me... the sad responses i received from others in the area all point to the same issue.... poorly trained or purely neglagent staff . https://m.facebook.com/story.php…
