Every time we call to get my 2yo son in the politics there get in the way of taking care of patients. Two if not three times now we call to get my son an appointment and if his doctor is booked that day they will not allow us to see any other doctors. Today I had an outpatient procedure done. To say the least I was very nervous about having this done here in town, as I have multiple chronic pain syndromes and have had difficult times previously in a different department. If you have the option go to the better hospital. It’s simple. You want bad results with bad service and a high bill rochelle you want good service good service a decent bill try a decent hospital out of rochelle. I unsterstanding that rochelle is trying but in the 6 year I’ve been been not much change there sweetheart.
The doctor there treated us like we were stupid, felt very uncomfortable and pissed off actually, that doctor was very rude and unprofessional
My best friend and roommate had to go to this ER because her doctor was concerned about her. When she got there, they gave 0 fucks and gave her the most basic of treatments instead of doing what needed to be done. Needless to say this ER and staff need to be shit down and fired! 1 star was as low as I could go
