In 1922, Giovanni and Virginia Biale left the town of Savona in Genoa, Italy with their three young sons, Giacomo, Mario and Rudolfo to make a new life in America. With help from a cousin, they made their way to San Francisco and settled in the Italian section of Potrero Hill. Worst service ever the waitress carley. It took her ten minutes to come over and take our order and drinks. By the time the food came it was so cold. I will never go there a again. They need to hire better waitress.
Most businesses are operated primarily to make money. Rocco's is different. Rocco makes a great food (PIZZA!!) experience and the money follows.
Go to Rocco's!!! We had a lot of fun. Good food. Good wine. Nice people.. Try Dante's Inferno... :)
Food was great...service was too...However...I saw 4-5 female servers with their hair down and swinging....!!! Gross!! Major health code violation.... I said something to my server, and she stated that they were trying to take care of it. I said...send them home to fix it...problem solved.
Worked here in high school and still love it 10 years later. Getting it for dinner tonight!
