Disgraceful company. Don't have a working phone number, refuse to respond to emails. We are going to have to pay for insurance to sell our house because of their refusal to provide basic information. They are deliberately exploiting people. Should be investigated and shut down.

They sent me a ground rent invoice for £30 when it should have only been £15 which I paid in full. When I told them that I was £15 in credit they said that my bank would refund me. When I contacted my bank they said that it was a private transaction and up to Fairhurst's to refund me. I think I'll have to see them in court where I can prove that they've been lying about making arrangements with the bank,

They're impossible to get hold of. They have no email, the phone number is dead, their office doesn't receive visitors & they don't reply to letters.

Tried ringing, no one answered the phone, tried a few times again and I think I was blocked as it didn't ring any more. I was actually ringing to advise them regarding letters they keep sending.

Absolutely appalling! Think I may have been paying ground rent to them for years when I shouldn't have been. Sent them a letter...heard nothing!
