Efficient service
Appalling service, poor communication. Like the last reviewer, a 'hiccup' when I turned up for a pre-arranged appointment and found they weren't expecting me. Then on the day of my court hearing the solicitor didn't even turn up. A total letdown when you need someone you can rely on. Do not trust them for criminal matters!
