The plumber called ahead, arrived on time, completed the repair, was very pleasant. We will call Robinson again when we need plumbing help.
3 hours late. charged $400 for one hour's work. next time i'll hire a lawyer to clean my drain and save money.

Our need for clearance of a drain clog was urgent. We called at 10 PM and were pleased to with the reception person that answered. Detail information was taken; we were offered basic cost information and the first available appointment for the next day between 12 and 2 PM. Representative was prompt, described options and cost. Did work promptly, efficiently and completely.
Called late one night and someone picked up. There was a plumber at my house the next morning and all lines were repaired that day. There was a drywall issue that took several days to get straightened out but the owner himself made sure it was taken care of and my bathroom looks great again and functions better than before with new lines.
