The plumber was thoroughly professional: on-time, polite, neat, and got the job done quickly and properly. Also gave some good additional advice. Not cheap, but fair. No phoney-baloney extra charges, just those expected for the time spent and for the minimum quoted by the company. Will definitely hire them next time.
