The entire experience with Robinson's was excellent. The lady who answered the telephone was very friendly and kind. She made me feel like I was their only customer. When Rodney, the technician came, he was amazing. We talked about my plumbing issue and he took time assess my house. He was so very professional, yet personable. Price was right, for the project that needed to be addressed. Tech was clean, professional, and well prepared to complete the project, even stayed a little late on a Friday night to get the job done.
They came across as too "money obsessed". They wanted to inflate the bill. I felt I was taken advantage of.

Well the guy did not know why the hot water was not making it to the top floor- so of course he recommended a bunch of things to try- expensive things - seems like a scam to me. Perhaps they should get some real plumbers or enable their "technicians" to call up a real plumber to consult? Mostly I'm offended to have paid my money for "I don't know" and then to add insult to injury get a suggestion to waste more money on stuff he can't garantee has anything to do with the problem!
