Very helpful and clear
This company is great at communicating what has to be fixed, the work done and possible future issues with us. They did a great job of repairing our water line in a timely fashion.
This was an awful experience. They came to fix our shower and instead left us with the shower broken and inoperable and with a$700 estimate to repair. They charged us a $68 "evaluation fee" even though they claimed to offer free estimates. We are now 5 days without shower or tub to use and they have not responded to our emails or phone calls. They left us worse than they found us. The shower was working when they arrived. I would not even rate this experience 0.5 but that's as low as your value system goes.

Well done, Robinsons! System replacement turned into a particularly arduous task due to the age of the house and a shoddy prior installation. Robinson's tech stayed with the task for over 7 hours and had to bring in additional assistance. They maintained their good spirits and an impeccable job site and we had hot water at the end of the day, after three days without.
Very professional and pleasant to work with.
