best company i hired to do the job. extremely nice and down to earth technicians and customer service. no gimmicks and way better than other plumbing companies.
The first plumber the company sent, I'd rate that experience at zero stars. The second plumber sent and that entire experience, 5 stars. So the combined experience nets 2.5 stars. The first plumber left us with hot and cold tub faucets so tight that they could barely be turned. My wife couldn’t turn them at all. This is a very good plumbing company. Their servicemen are polite and explain what you need to have done.
Replied promptly to my request, appointment was scheduled the same day. We were informed of all the work needed to be done with a price quote. No suprises!
Their customer service was really good and I was able to have my two toilets fixed within 24 hours. Also got a thank you card with coupon.
They were prompt, professional and fixed my problem at a fair price. Excellent!
