We went to get our caravan hitch serviced/ repaired. The repair office is on site but won't see you without making an email appointment first. Dissapointed, waste of time. Going else where.
Recently purchased a dometic drive away awning and honestly could not fault the service and communication. Scott replied to my messages promptly and sorted a delivery issue so can't fault the customer service and happy to recommend to anyone looking to buy from them. Also, their price was the best I could find on the Internet. Will definitely buy from them again.
