Amazing customer service and great communication via email and phone. I love our new bed - it looks really stylish and the sprung mattress is really comfortable - so no more aches and pains! Robinsons made the design process very easy, eg: choosing fabrics, legs and editing dimensions for my sloping wall. Delivery was on time and straightforward. The bed - although heavy - was very simple to put together.
I wanted to treat my wife and I to a quality mattress and bed from Robinsons, but the whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. We initially ordered a firm mattress in September 2021 for around £700, but what we received felt extra firm — painfully so. Combined with the bed base, it was extremely high, and the mattress edges were rounded with a steep gradient, making it feel like I could roll off at any moment.
