Worked with Sinclair. Hadn’t had my car for a week before it was messing up and I didn’t like it anymore. He basically told me I was out of luck & they aren’t going to do anything about it besides offer me a vehicle I didn’t like & raise my car note 200 for it. I bought a 2020. I simply wanted to go to the next model up, apparently that’s impossible. Even offered to take a hit on my part & trade the original one. Update: I was told that there wasn’t an XLE in the region. Best service in town!!! 👏 My battery died on my Highlander in my garage. They came to my house and fixed the battery, then took it in to the shop, did the regular maintenance and returned my vehicle to my garage. (All while I was quarantined keeping my two grand babies, since daycare is closed due to COVID). Excellent service Robinson!! 👍
