After a very traumatic experience, I came back to Robinson all the way from KY to see Gavin Lindsey and Ryan Lindsey. These guys were beyond helpful and got me the best deal I could have asked for. If you’re not going to see them, then you are not shopping at the right place for a new car. Thank you guys so much. I’ll be back to this location to see them no matter where I live.
Service center is horrible. Bought a car last year with free service for a year. Went in today for an oil change. Made an appointment. They had no record of appointment. We had to call 3 times with no call back or direct person to see if car was ready. Hood was still popped when car was returned.
I had the best buying experience here. I went in expecting to not get the vehicle I was wanting but thanks to Gavin Lindsey and Ryan Lindsey I was able to drive off in a safe and reliable vehicle. This was the easiest and fastest purchase experience I’ve had concerning a vehicle and highly recommend them for your next vehicle!!!!
Sorriest place I've ever seen to get a vehicle serviced or for a recall. The service manager is a real dick, not customer friendly at all. I'll never be back in there & will deter everyone I know from doing business with them.
