I inquired about a vehicle sunday. Monday I filled out the application for it. Thursday comes around....they sold the vehicle the day before. it was a waiste of our time and a decrease in credit score for nothing. the whole process should have only taken maybe 20 minutes.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Talked to Ryan that is supposedly over sales with a issue that we had after a couple of minutes of being very Rude I asked if I could speak to someone else and he assured me that this phone call would go no further. And guess what it hasn’t. I can’t get a return phone cal from anyone else!!! STAY AWAY!!!
