They have a high profit margin. Tried to do business with them twice and they were always low balling on my trade. I recommend Wolf chase Toyota!They are bigger with better discounts and always seals the deal. Service department will mess up your car as well. Had a regular oil change done to my 2011 Camry and The next day it had a vacuum leak and left us stranded on the side of the road in Memphis I had to have it towed to a Memphis dealership to get it fixed and they didn’t even refund my money for what their technician did... read more

Had a local Brownsville repair shop break my headlight trying to replace the bulb. So, I took it to Toyota to get it fixed and they they said they didn’t fix it because it was an expensive part. Without even asking me if I wanted to have it fixed, just sent me out the door with it still broken. I was waiting for them to come tell me the whole headlight assembly was going to need to be replaced ( I had told them when I got there it was broken) and it was going to cost a couple hundred dollars.
Best car buying experience ever. I will continue to do business with them!
