RecommendedLynn is a great person to schedule service with and good at explaining what is found after vehicle has been inspected. On the other hand, I have been disappointed more than once with the staff that actually completed the services. Most recently when I had my cabin filter changed, my glove compartment was not put back in place properly and some of the items that were in my glove compartment was left out on the floor. Vince Worley is my go-to guy for any service on our Toyota’s! I had a severe oil leak on my van. I called Vince, he got me in that day! Fixed before the day was over. Vince kept me updated through the entire process. Just an awesome experience!!! 👍😃

Because I have had to many mishaps issue that my car was not done properly!! But they fixed for free not free cause I paid the first !! Who to say that I will have an issue from them not doing the job right the first time. But some of the ppl r friendly and easy to talk to some are not!

Each member that I came into contact with while having my car serviced was very attentive, professional, and polite. Also, the waiting area was very clean and accommodating. I greatly appreciate the services provided, including the shuttle service while waiting on my vehicle.
